The manager provides leadership and development opportunities for associates while maintaining compliance with company policies and ethical standards. By analyzing performance data and driving strategic solutions, this position supports organizational goals and fosters a culture of respect, integrity, and operational excellence.
About the team:
The Walmart Marketplace Marketing Operations & Creative team leads seller-focused campaigns and communications to support third-party sellers on Walmart.com. This team collaborates across functions to implement strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the seller experience. Emphasizing strong program management, clear communication, and data-driven decisions, the team drives operational performance to meet business objectives. Members prioritize accountability, relationship building, and effective leadership within a collaborative environment to deliver impactful results and support business growth.
What you'll do:
  • Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables.
  • Analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
