Job Overview:

Pay Range: $70.00hr - $75.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Project/Program Manager.
  • Program management experience using a formal methodology including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Hands-on experience directing programs to migrate SAP HANA Analytics environments to SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
  • Track record of managing multi-phase migrations of on-premise SAP S/4HANA environments to SAP RISE Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency with Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, AI, and MS Office tools.
  • Experience in SAP for 5+ years.
  • Experience in S/4 HANA for 5+ years.
  • Experience in Agile & Scrum for 5+ years.

Responsibilities:

  • Create projects which include scope, schedule, cost, quality, organization, communication, staffing, risk, and issue management.
  • Define project plan for the project with input from SMEs.
  • Facilitate, attend, scribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Provide cutover weekend coordination and communication as needed.
  • Drive project execution by monitoring project status, gathering customer responses and needs, monitoring project scope, and watching for potential roadblocks.
  • Report and communicate on day-to-day activities to required stakeholders.
  • Multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
  • Interact with a wide range of individuals to drive relationship-driven results.
  • Solve problems proactively and creatively.
  • Work effectively in teams and across departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain organized documentation with strong attention to detail.
