Job Title: Regional Training & Strategic Communications Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy and creative Program Manager to lead the development and delivery of strategic training and communication initiatives across the enterprise. This is a multi-faceted role that combines the skills of a Multimedia Producer with those of a Master Facilitator. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of training videos, the creation of high-impact executive presentations, and the regular delivery of onsite trainings across your assigned region. The ideal candidate is a dynamic public speaker who can build strong professional relationships and act as a strategic advisor for enterprise-wide communication and training programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Multimedia Production: Lead the end-to-end video lifecycle, including filming, professional editing, and multi-platform publishing of internal and external content.
• Public Speaking & Training: Deliver engaging, high-impact presentations and training sessions to diverse audiences. Travel regularly within the primary region and provide cross-regional coverage as needed.
• Strategic Advising: Build relationships across the enterprise to provide strategic communications counsel and training recommendations to leadership.
• Program Management: Manage the full lifecycle of training programs, including the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Operations & Metrics: Oversee program administration, including data entry, internal communications, and the tracking of key performance metrics to measure training efficacy.
• Presentation Design: Create visually compelling and engaging presentation decks that translate complex information into digestible, actionable content.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, and facilitation skills. Ability to command a room and manage audience engagement effectively.
• Technical Creative Skills: Proficiency in video production hardware (cameras, lighting, audio) and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Program Management: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple project timelines and deliverables simultaneously.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to consult with stakeholders to identify training gaps and design custom communication solutions.
• Logistics: Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the region (and occasionally beyond) to deliver onsite training and support.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
