  • Savvy with Tools like ADO, QuickBase and generating reports

• Plan and coordinate program increments and release activities, ensuring deadlines, scope, and quality objectives are met.
• Oversee the successful execution and delivery of multiple, interrelated projects within the program portfolio, managing timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage program-level risks, issues, and changes; implement mitigation plans and monitor resolution of impediments that block delivery.
• Allocate and monitor resources (budget, teams, tools) across projects to maximize efficiency and ensure program objectives are feasible and achieved.
• Track, report, and communicate program and project progress to stakeholders and leadership using metrics, dashboards, and regular updates.
• Lead cross-team coordination and synchronization, resolving interdependencies and integrating outputs from multiple Agile Release Trains and teams.
• Manage and control program scope, ensuring changes follow defined processes and objectives are not compromised by uncontrolled modifications.
• Ensure program and project plans, schedules, and deliverables are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with business and technical requirements.
