Job description

This position will supervise the Program Management team. The Supervisor will the point person for onboarding and training of new additions to the Program team and talent development on the existing Program team. This position will also additionally support at least one Prime (large) Customer at a Program Manager level and all duties associated with being a Program Manager and liaison between customer and APC.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Backup the Director of Marketing in Forecasting/Sales alignment calls, Revenue Meetings, SIOP meetings, and any other meeting required at the departmental level needed.
  • Assist with onsite meetings from outside organizations, other Amphenol divisions and Customer Support.
  • Onboard and train new Program Management talent.
  • Coach and develop the Program Management team by performing annual performance reviews and assigning goals and guiding to attainment.
  • Be the point person on collaborative audits, projects, and processes alignment for processes performed by Program Management team.
  • Responsible for maximizing margins via cost reductions and pricing.
  • Review and approve expense reports and PTO requests for the Program Management team.
  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university or relevant experience of 7 years or more.
  • Experience with manufacturing flex, rigid, rigid-flex printed circuits boards and associated assemblies.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Required to have a disciplined approach to problem solving.
  • Continuously help to improve operational costs to maximize profitability.
  • Work closely with the entire Sales and Marketing group to proliferate sales across all market segments.
