EPMO Resource โ€“ Enterprise Architecture Support

โ€ขSupport the Enterprise Architecture(EA) team in planning, tracking, and governance of architecture deliverables, including intake requests, reviews, roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.

โ€ขManage and maintain Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, reports, and Confluence spaces to ensure accurate tracking, visibility, and documentation of EA activities.

โ€ขDesign and implement Jira automations, workflow enhancements, notifications, and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

โ€ขCoordinate architecture forums, review boards, intake meetings, action items, metrics reporting, and stakeholder communications across business and technology teams.

โ€ขLeverage AI tools such as Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, and other productivity solutions to streamline documentation, reporting, process automation, and knowledge management.

โ€ขPossess strong hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Automation, Confluence, AI-enabled tools, and project management platforms, with a proven background in process improvement, workflow automation, and operational excellence.

The role of the Sr. Program Manager is to plan, execute, and oversee multiple project efforts aligned to a shared business objective. The following functions fall within the program managerโ€™s responsibility:

Management: Direct and manage project efforts from beginning to end. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project and project team. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans. Track and report on budget and resource allocations across the project team to ensure forecasting of project spend is consistantly reported.

Communication: Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Documentation: Develop project plans and associated communications documents. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Develop and deliver budgets, progress reports, proposals, and estimates,

Management Reporting:: Status reporting and timely escalations to management to ensure that decision makers have relevant and up to date information.

User Acceptance Testing Co-ordination: Co-ordination and oversight of all business areas responsible for testing efforts of technology projects related to program.
