The ProSidian Program Manager (PM) is responsible for all aspects of project/program performance and serves as advisor to the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The PM is the overall manager and administrator with government program authorities and repsentatives on program/project and contract administration issues. The PM will supervise program operations; plan and direct project execution, monitoring and reporting progress; and coordinate with government supervision on ensuring all deliverables meet expectation and are accomplished on schedule. The PM will consult with the customer on adherence to contract obligations, established and maintain technical and financial reports to show project progress, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates to accomplish expectations and objectives, and oversee completion of all assigned tasks.

Qualifications

The Program Manager (PM) - Program Manager | Counterintelligence and Insider Threat shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.  Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct.  The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY: ProSidian Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Professionals shall be technically proficient in the skills necessary to fulfill the government's requirements, including the ability to speak, understand, read and write English fluently. Our Professionals will provide documents as needed to verify current and ongoing competency, skills, certification and/or licensure related to the provision of care, treatment and/or services performed.

The PM must have strong leadership, project management, interpersonal, communications (verbal, written, and presentation), organizational, and analytical skills and the be able to provide day-to-day planning and operational oversight of analysis and production missions and requirements.  The PM must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Intelligence or related field with four (4) years' experience in Knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC) and other US Government agencies within the national security community within the last seven (7) years and at least two (2) years of this experience at the supervisory/managerial level. The nature and extent of this experience must be such to become familiar with and capable of effectively managing a complex program intelligence, counterintelligence and security areas.  The PM must have an active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph security clearance.  Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications is required. The PM position will require the ability to perform in a professional manner and maintain a neat and clean appearance.

TRAVEL:  Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings, events, site visits, or other training requirements.  Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.  LOCATION:  Work shall be conducted at or in proximity to Washington DC Area

  • U.S.  Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a "Facility Access Authorization" (also referred to as an "Employment Authorization") by the USG's designated Security Office.
