Summary

The Senior Connectivity NPI Program Lead will lead the development and launch of customer- and dealer-facing connectivity solutions, covering cellular, satellite, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, UWB, positioning, IoT, telematics, and connected-machine technologies. The role translates customer, dealer, business, and regulatory needs into functional requirements and drives programs from requirements through engineering execution and product delivery.

Key responsibilities include NPI/program leadership, requirements management, cross-functional engineering coordination, technology and product roadmaps, supplier evaluation, emerging technology assessment, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder communication. The role works closely with engineering, Cat Technology, Cat Digital, product, enterprise architecture, suppliers, and business teams.

The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor''''s degree in Engineering, with strong experience in systems/product development, electronic or information systems, requirements management, NPI, program execution, and risk management. Preferred experience includes connectivity/telematics, IoT, embedded/on-board software, gateways, wireless technologies, heavy equipment, automotive, or connected products.
