  • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with school administrators and community organizations and corporate partners to recruit our target demographic, provide meaningful internship experiences, and support students with post-secondary success.
  • Tracking and analyzing program data to identify trends and improve stakeholder outcomes, program budgets, and ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Working closely with the national program team and participating in cross-site collaboration calls to align local strategies with organizational goals.

Our organizational values are putting our young people first, collaboration, sustainability, equity, and respect. These values are woven across all sites, teams, and positions. If you are someone who applies an equity lens in your approach, proactively identifies opportunities to reduce barriers and improve outcomes, this could be the next great fit you’re looking for.

The Program Manger role is for you if you're:

  • A Strategic Leader excited to set the foundation for a new site.
  • An Experience Architect who loves shaping student journeys to ensure meaningful outcomes.
  • A Social Impact Advocate who believes in equity and opportunity.
  • A Relationship Builder who thrives on collaboration.

  • A Developer. You love coaching and developing staff to deliver high-quality programming and student support.

As the Program Manager, you will need the following to be successful:
