Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex, high-value programs and portfolios that support strategic business objectives and customer requirements. This position develops and implements program management best practices, monitors dependencies across multiple interrelated projects, and provides consolidated program status, financial reporting, and risk assessments to senior leadership. The Senior Program Manager serves as a key liaison between customers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of program objectives, contractual commitments, schedule requirements, and financial targets.

This role provides leadership and guidance to Program Managers and project teams while driving continuous improvement in program execution, governance, and operational performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads multiple complex programs and projects to ensure successful execution within contractual requirements, budget constraints, quality standards, and schedule commitments, which involves:
o Developing and maintaining integrated program plans, schedules, resource requirements, budgets, and performance metrics.

o Monitoring dependencies, risks, issues, and opportunities across multiple projects and ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are implemented.

o Providing consolidated program status, financial performance, forecasts, and executive-level reporting to senior leadership.

o Leading cross-functional teams consisting of Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Business Development personnel.

o Driving program execution to achieve customer satisfaction, business objectives, and profitability targets.

Serves as the primary customer interface for assigned programs and strategic initiatives, which involves:
o Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

o Leading customer reviews, program status meetings, and executive briefings.

o Managing customer expectations and resolving escalated issues in a timely manner.

o Identifying opportunities for growth, additional business, and long-term partnerships.

Establishes and promotes program management best practices and governance processes, including:
o Developing standard methodologies, templates, tools, and reporting mechanisms.

o Providing training, coaching, and mentoring to Program Managers and project teams.

o Reviewing program performance and ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.

o Recommending and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and execution effectiveness.

Supports business planning and strategic initiatives by:
o Evaluating business trends, market conditions, and customer requirements.

o Assisting with proposal development, program planning, resource forecasting, and financial analysis.

o Providing recommendations to leadership regarding program priorities, resource allocation, and risk management.

May provide direct leadership to Program Managers or other project personnel and is accountable for program results, including cost, schedule, quality, and staffing considerations.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.

Experience: Typically 10+ years of progressively responsible program management experience, including management of complex, cross-functional programs. Experience in manufacturing, electronics, aerospace & defense, or related industries preferred. PMP certification or equivalent program management certification is highly desirable.


Compensation and Benefits:

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefit options include medical, dental, vision, 401k, flexible spending and health savings accounts, accident benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, paid vacation & holidays. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$131,809 - $231,802

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
