Job description

JOB SUMMARY: The Program Management Analyst performs analytical and administrative duties to support the Program Management Group. Working directly alongside Program Managers, this role tracks program deliverables, prepares customer documentation, and analyzes performance data to ensure the seamless execution and overall success of company programs.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Program Support & Analytics: Assist Program Managers in tracking milestones, monitoring schedules, and analyzing project metrics to drive program execution.
  • Customer Documentation: Prepare, review, and organize program deliverables, status reports, process plans, and other technical documentation for external clients.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Maintain program tracking systems, dashboards, and databases to provide accurate status updates to management. Performs on an as-needed basis ERP transactions such as entering BOMs, Manufacturing Change Notices, PO changes, etc.
  • Administrative Operations: Track action items, organize program files, and perform general administrative tasks to support group initiatives.
