Job Description:

The Program Manager for the Domestic Depot leads the comprehensive repair and spares program for photonic systems and components. This role ensures operational excellence across repair, refurbishment, testing, and sustainment activities while maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer requirements and operational readiness targets.

 

Essential Functions:

 

  • Lead and coordinate cross functional program teams to deliver on schedule, within scope and on budget.
  • Manage full project lifecycle in line with contractual requirements and company standards.
  • Lead endtoend RFP management, including development and coordination of all proposal documentation, oversight of submission through award, and full lifecycle ownership to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery. Monitor and mitigate project risks and opportunities, able to adapt strategies in a dynamic international environment.
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder interface, including communication with internal leadership, international customers, suppliers, and other partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, export controls (e.g., ITAR/EAR), and contractual obligations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum of Active Secret Security Clearance, which requires US citizenship.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $80K-$149K.  For California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $92-$171K.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
