THE ROLE
The Sr. Manager, Program Management plays a leadership role in ensuring technology and business initiatives are planned, coordinated, and delivered in support of organizational priorities. This role applies program and operational management best practices to drive execution, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and support effective decision-making across a range of work, including strategic initiatives, infrastructure efforts, governance activities, and enterprise change. The incumbent partners closely with stakeholders across business and technology, uses metrics and insights to improve delivery and operating effectiveness, and may manage assigned personnel, including full-time employees, contractors, and offshore resources.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Leads and develops a team, including responsibility for hiring, coaching, performance management, development planning, and resource alignment.
  • Provides leadership across programs or strategic initiatives to ensure work is prioritized, coordinated, and executed in alignment with business and technology objectives.
  • Partners with business, technology, and functional leaders to establish delivery plans, operating rhythms, governance practices, and clear accountability for outcomes.
  • Coaches, advises, and influences teams and leaders on program management practices, operational effectiveness, organizational planning, and execution approaches appropriate to the work.
  • Supports strategic planning, roadmap development, and prioritization activities for department initiatives, technology investments, and cross-functional efforts.
  • Monitors progress using relevant metrics, milestones, and reporting to identify risks, remove obstacles, and improve delivery and operational performance.
  • Facilitates cross-functional coordination across teams and stakeholders to resolve issues, improve communication, and maintain momentum on key priorities.
  • Ensures successful execution of assigned initiatives or portfolio work and may serve as the lead for larger or more complex efforts when needed.
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance processes, governance, service delivery, and use of AI-technology to improve business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Promotes strong planning, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the work being managed, while supporting effective use of resources and a sustainable team environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business, technology, or related field.
  • 8-12+ years of relevant experience in program management, project management, operational leadership, strategic planning, or a related discipline supporting technology and business initiatives in a complex environment.
  • Experience leading work across multiple teams, functions, and stakeholders, including coordinating priorities, resources, and outcomes in a global or distributed environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and judgment, with the ability to proactively identify issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience developing presentations and communications for diverse audiences, including senior leadership and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of program, project, and operational management practices, with the ability to apply appropriate frameworks and tools based on business needs.

PREFERRED SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Base Salary Range: $132,500.00 - $198,500.00This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education. In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance. Other components of our Total Rewards Package include:
