Position Summary... What you'll do...Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Program Management supports the Facility Services Program Management and Execution team for US & PR Walmart and Sam’s Club locations, with primary responsibility for the Pavement Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for program management, innovation, capital and operational execution, project management, and vendor management for pavement projects. This includes oversight of asphalt and concrete paving, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness across all projects.

The team leads asset strategy and project execution for parking operations across Walmart US, Puerto Rico, Sam’s Club, and Supply Chain facilities. They drive business plans by identifying operational needs, removing obstacles, and ensuring resource availability. Through cross-functional leadership, continuous process improvements, and effective communication, the team delivers results aligned with company standards. They emphasize performance management and professional development while applying data-driven decision-making to adapt strategies for evolving business goals. Committed to operational excellence and integrity, the team fosters collaboration and supports sustainable growth across multiple business units.
What you'll do:
  • Manage and execute pavement operations business plans and projects across supply chain facilities.
  • Assess customer, operational, and facility needs to set priorities and communicate project plans.
  • Ensure timely follow-through with urgency to meet goals, timelines, standards, and expectations.
  • Apply paving, construction management, and vendor management experience to drive program success.
  • Use business acumen, strategic thinking, and data analysis to remove barriers and improve performance.
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans, develop contingencies, and support continuous improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Support SWPPP compliance, budgeting, contracts, KPI tracking, invoicing, warranty recovery, asset improvements, lease compliance, and corrective action plans.
