Job Summary:
Acoufelt specializes in delivering high-quality soft architectural acoustics solutions tailored to the unique needs of clients. The Product Manager will guide products from concept to launch, managing their lifecycle and ensuring they meet market needs while aligning with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
• Own the full product lifecycle — from idea generation, feasibility assessment, and business case creation to launch, post-launch review, and ongoing optimization.
• Review market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and trends.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet performance, quality, and cost targets.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop product positioning, launch plans, and sales enablement tools.
• Manage and update product documentation, specifications, and pricing.
• Monitor product performance using metrics, customer feedback, and market data, and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, certifications, and sustainability requirements.
• Lead product-related meetings, presentations, and cross-department communication.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives within the product portfolio.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in building materials, architectural products, or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management or PLM tools a plus.
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of sustainability trends and their impact on product development a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field required.
Preferred:
• MBA or PMP certification a plus.
• Experience with Lighting, Metal products or custom print also a plus.
