Job description

The Role:

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Pricing Director to join our Product Portfolio Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end pricing transformation across strategy, packaging design, cross-functional alignment, and execution. You will play a critical role in shaping portfolio monetization by harmonizing and simplifying packaging structures, advancing commercialization priorities, and evolving monetization models for AI and usage-based offerings.

The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise SaaS monetization expertise, advanced financial acumen, and proven leadership in orchestrating complex transformation programs across Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Transformation: 

  • Lead end-to-end pricing transformation to harmonize packaging, simplify commercial structures, and scale monetization across the portfolio
  • Architect future-state offer structures, entitlement logic, bundling, commercial guardrails, and customer migration paths
  • Evolve AI and usage-based monetization by defining value metrics and designing hybrid, consumption-based pricing models
  • Build and maintain the transformation roadmap, including sequencing, milestones, dependencies, and decision frameworks

Execution & Change Management:

  • Orchestrate cross-functional execution across commercial systems, systems readiness, and customer migration plans
  • Lead change management strategies, including executive updates, field readiness, adoption planning, and escalation governance
  • Partner closely with Sales Enablement and field leadership to equip go-to-market teams with necessary tools, guidance, and collateral

Analytics & Insights:

  • Build data-driven business cases using financial modeling and advanced analysis
  • Define and track KPIs to measure post-launch performance, monetization impact, and packaging simplification outcomes
  • Leverage AI-augmented analytics and automation tools to enhance decision support and recommendations

Qualifications:

  • 10-12+ years of experience in SaaS pricing, packaging, monetization strategy, portfolio strategy, or related functions (management consulting experience is a plus)
  • Deep expertise in enterprise software pricing models, including subscription, usage-based, tiered, and value-based strategies
  • Proven track record operating at a Director level, leading complex strategic initiatives in matrixed environments
  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with a track record of translating complex data into executive-ready insights
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills across technical, commercial, and leadership audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

Salary Range: $147,000 - $196,000

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
