We are currently hiring skilled professionals for SAP PM EAM Consultant to join our growing team.

SAP PM EAM Consultant

Location: Nashwauk, MN

Duration: 12 Months

Key Skills & ExpertisePM/EAM Module Expertise
  • 8-12 years of handsโ€‘on experience with SAP ERP (preferably S/4HANA) in PM/EAM module
  • Deep expertise in equipment master data management and asset hierarchy configurations
  • Strong experience in preventive maintenance including maintenance plans, task lists, and scheduling
  • Proficiency in work order management and service notification processing
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with maintenance history tracking and asset failure analysis
  • Solid understanding of maintenance cost management and spare parts planning
  • Knowledge of reliabilityโ€‘centered maintenance (RCM) concepts and predictive maintenance strategies
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations (2+ projects preferred)
  • Understanding of asset lifecycle management in cloud environments
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate Framework and cloud deployment methodologies
  • Knowledge of IoT integration and predictive analytics capabilities for asset management
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Proficiency in SAP IMG (Implementation Guide) and Customizing for maintenance modules
  • Experience with equipment and asset master data migration strategies
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns with production, warehouse, and financial systems
  • Handsโ€‘on experience with testing tools, defect management, and process documentation
Business Acumen & Consulting Skills
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and asset management business processes

Education & Certifications
