We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy dental practice. This role combines administrative leadership with healthcare management to ensure efficient clinic operations, exceptional patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Duties

* Manage daily practice operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination

* Oversee budgeting, billing, collections, and financial reporting

* Supervise administrative staff, dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members

* Utilize EMR systems, such as Open Dental, for patient records and billing

* Ensure compliance with HIPAA, healthcare policies, and quality standards

* Monitor clinic operations to optimize patient experience and customer service

* Maintain accurate medical records and oversee billing and documentation processes

* Coordinate with providers on managed care, utilization management, and clinical operations

* Lead staffing, training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement

* Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement to support efficient operations

Experience

* Proven experience managing a dental or medical office
