Job description

We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Greenway Plaza’s Phoenix Tower in Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood.

The D365 PowerApps Developer will work within the IT team to create and develop the Company’s Microsoft Model-Driven Power Apps/Dynamics 365 platform. Through the use of discretion and independent judgment, the Dynamics 365 Developer will create, develop, support and apply low code business solutions utilizing the platform for use by the Company’s stakeholders while ensuring the Company’s operations are uninterrupted.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize independent judgment and Agile/SCRUM methodology to develop business-class solutions in X++ and Power Platform for Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM).
  • Develop, analyze and apply model-Driven Apps, Automations, and Customizations, including entity and form creation, workflow, process automation, report, dashboard, and system configuration.
  • Lead solution development and support efforts in collaboration with several IT groups.
  • Develop and maintain solution documentation.
  • Successfully manage End User Communication and Training.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience developing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) customizations using X++.
  • A minimum of 2 years of developing Dataverse Power Apps.
  • A minimum of 2 years of .Net and SQL data query development.
  • A minimum of 2 years of data models and relational database.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience using Agile and continuous deployment in Azure DevOps.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in developing integrations between D365 F&O and Dataverse.
  • Experience with other SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft APIs such as Graph, SharePoint, Dynamics preferred.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS and Power BI preferred.
  • Experience with IDEs and Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code preferred.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and develop applications independently.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Customers and other team members.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
