REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

  • Leader not a boss - leads by example.
  • Exceptional guest service.
  • Extremely reliable.
  • Looking for a career over a job.
  • Conducts themselves with professionalism.
  • Has an ownership mentality and pride.
  • Must have an open availability - Days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Must be able to work full-time (minimum 40 hours per week).
  • Must be able to lead a team of 30+.
  • Ability to follow budgets and other financial targets.
  • Enforce and follow procedures.
  • Driver’s license and vehicle is an asset (Candidates will be prioritized).
