Job description

Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. Weโ€™re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who careโ€”about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

Your mission

This role is dedicated to supporting customers and prospects across our Latin American markets and requires professional fluency in both Portuguese and English.

UiPath is looking for a Business Development Representative to create new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers while outbound prospecting with our Enterprise Sales Executives. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and prospecting into new accounts.

You will use your communication skills to cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects from first contact to initial conversation across our Latin American markets. If you are motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

What you'll do at UiPath
  • Generate qualified meetings for Field Reps through cold calls, emails, and strategic campaigns.

  • Prospect, engage, and build relationships with customers across Latin American markets, communicating effectively in both Portuguese and English.

  • Identify clients' needs and suggest an appropriate solution.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.

  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and the Account Executive.

  • Report to the BDR Manager on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results.

  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and our pricing model.

  • Continue to look for ways of incorporating automation into daily work.

What you'll bring to the team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field.

  • 6โ€“12+ months of experience in a sales role (internship experience is counted).

  • Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required.

  • Experience communicating with customers or prospects across Latin American markets is highly preferred.

  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

  • Automation-first mindset.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Exposure to or experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Many of our roles allow for flexibility in when and where work gets done. Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team. Applications are assessed on a rolling basis and there is no fixed deadline for this requisition. The application window may change depending on the volume of applications received or may close immediately if a qualified candidate is selected.

We value a range of diverse backgrounds, experiences and ideas. We pride ourselves on our diversity and inclusive workplace that provides equal opportunities to all persons regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression, national origin, disability, neurodiversity, military and/or veteran status, or any other protected classes.
