Accountabilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operating rhythm of the Account Management organization, including pipeline reviews, forecast calls, one-on-ones, deal coaching, and performance management.
  • Own team revenue targets and develop a high-performing organization capable of delivering sustained customer expansion and retention.
  • Coach and empower Senior Account Managers through structured feedback, career development, commercial coaching, and ongoing performance support.
  • Provide hands-on support for strategic negotiations, key customer conversations, and complex deals, helping teams remove obstacles and accelerate revenue opportunities.
  • Establish strong forecasting discipline, pipeline hygiene, account prioritization, and sales execution across the team.
  • Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights, and communicate these findings to senior leadership through regular reporting.

  • Partner closely with Product, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Acquisition Sales to improve customer experience and broader business performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, operational efficiency, customer expansion strategies, and the way the wider Existing Business organization operates.
  • Set clear priorities, ensure effective allocation of work, and help the team navigate ambiguity and organizational change with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Act as a senior role model who builds trust, creates alignment, and contributes to the success of the broader leadership organization.
  • Support strategic initiatives across the global expansion organization and help translate company priorities into measurable commercial outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Existing Business leadership, or a similar commercial role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proven experience leading quota-carrying sales teams, with responsibility for forecasting, pipeline management, performance coaching, and revenue attainment.
  • Strong track record of developing high-performing Account Managers through coaching, feedback, and structured professional development.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to lead pricing, negotiation, deal strategy, and complex customer conversations.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify risks, opportunities, trends, and underlying business drivers through data.
  • Experience defining, measuring, and presenting sales metrics and business performance to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to create pipeline rigor, operational discipline, and predictable revenue outcomes.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and modern sales technology.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
  • A genuine coaching mindset and a strong commitment to developing people and creating healthy, high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and organizational change while maintaining focus, momentum, and accountability.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to identify business needs, develop practical solutions, and drive initiatives through completion.
  • Strategic, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset, with the confidence to challenge ideas constructively and pair problems with actionable solutions.
  • Fluent English is required; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fully distributed, asynchronous environment and collaborating across multiple countries and functions.
Benefits:
  • On-target earnings: $180,050 - $270,100 USD, with the base salary representing 60% of OTE.
  • Globally competitive, location-based compensation designed to support fair and equitable pay across markets.
  • Fully remote work with the flexibility to work from anywhere within the applicable employment framework.
  • Flexible working hours and an asynchronous work culture that supports autonomy and life-work balance.
  • Flexible paid time off.
  • 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Mental health support services.
  • Stock options.
  • Dedicated learning and development budget.
  • Home office budget and IT equipment.
