Job description

Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a talented Program Manager for the overall execution, staffing, and performance management of Medical Support Assistant (MSA) services supporting the NIH Clinical Center, in Bethesda, MD. This role serves as the primary on-site lead, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality administrative and patient support services across multiple clinical and patient service areas.

The Program Manager oversees daily operations, staffing coverage, and workforce performance while maintaining close coordination with Government Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) and clinical leadership. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational continuity, exceptional customer service, and adherence to all contractual and clinical support requirements in a fast-paced healthcare research environment.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Manage day-to-day program operations and on-site personnel
  • Ensure full staffing coverage and continuity of services
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
  • Coordinate hiring activities and support candidate selection
  • Serve as primary point of contact with Government leadership (COR)
  • Monitor service quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance
  • Promote exceptional customer service in a healthcare environment

Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education and Certifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
    • PMP or related certification (preferred but not required)
  • Required Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, operations management, or healthcare administration
    • Prior experience supervising staff in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare support environment
    • Experience supporting federal contracts in a healthcare environments
    • Familiarity with clinical scheduling systems, electronic medical records, or patient administration systems
  • Work Schedule & Environment
    • Standard on-site hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
    • May require schedule flexibility to support off-shift personnel and operational needs
Position Pay Range
$110,000—$145,000 USD
