ABOUT THE ROLE

Amrize Building Envelope is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across our business. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and Human Resources to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent.

The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiting professional with strong sourcing expertise, relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will play a key role in talent pipeline development and continuous improvement of recruiting processes to support our growth objectives.

This is a hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across the organization, from intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source, attract, screen, interview, and assess candidates through a variety of channels and sourcing methodologies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
  • Recommend and facilitate placement opportunities for both internal employees and external candidates.
  • Utilize HRIS, ATS, recruitment marketing tools, social media platforms, and other sourcing technologies to identify and engage talent.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Evaluate and enhance recruiting processes, policies, and procedures to create a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, community outreach efforts, and other talent attraction initiatives.
  • Administer and promote employee referral programs to drive high-quality candidate referrals.
  • Review employment applications, background screening results, and other pre-employment documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop strategies that improve candidate engagement, hiring outcomes, and employee retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing market insights and talent recommendations.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least eight years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a related role.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of professional, sales, technical, operations, and leadership positions.
  • Strong sourcing expertise with experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and other proactive recruiting methods.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, recruitment marketing tools, and talent analytics.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, construction materials, industrial, or field-based organizations is preferred.
