Job description

The Integration & Optimization Lead is a highly organized, self-driven professional responsible for delivering a best-in-class “white glove” experience for affiliates across the Landscape Collective. This role serves as a trusted advisor to both newly acquired and existing affiliates, ensuring successful business application integrations while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement.

From acquisition through long-term partnership, this individual works alongside affiliate staff to implement core business applications, standardize operational processes, and optimize branch performance. The Integration & Optimization Lead champions the Collective's Best Management Practices (BMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and business workflows, helping affiliates build scalable, efficient operations while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit that makes each business successful.

In addition to integration and optimization efforts, this role provides operational support for business application and technology initiatives, including evaluating new software solutions, documenting business requirements and workflows, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting API or systems integration projects. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships at every level of an organization, while balancing accountability with empathy. As an Integration & Optimization Lead you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job:

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to newly acquired and existing affiliates, guiding them from acquisition through long-term partnership.
  1. Implement core business applications (including Aspire).
  1. Document and standardize operational processes to optimize branch performance.
  1. Champion the Collective's Best Management Practices (BMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and business workflows across affiliates.
  1. Evaluate new software solutions, document business requirements and workflows, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  1. Support API and systems integration projects, bringing an operational perspective to ensure new tools and enhancements align with affiliate needs and are successfully adopted.
  1. Hold affiliate teams accountable to integration milestones and operational expectations, while providing coaching, additional support, or a listening ear as needed.
  1. Track and report on key outcomes, including Aspire go-live timelines, affiliate satisfaction scores, and workflow standardization progress.
  1. Build trusted relationships at every level of affiliate organizations, representing the Landscape Collective with professionalism and integrity.
  1. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  1. Perform any other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Aspire software - extensive usage and experience

Experience implementing or integrating business applications, preferred

Experience supporting API or systems integration projects and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preferred

Proven project management experience

Strong computer skills in Microsoft and other CRM/business management systems

Ability to travel to affiliate and branch locations as needed

WORK CONDITIONS

Employees in this position should be able and willing to travel to affiliate locations as needed. This position requires approximately 25% travel; frequency may fluctuate based on operational or business needs. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours as project timelines and affiliate needs require. This role may involve a mix of remote, office and on-site work at affiliate branch locations.
