Overview

Do you have a passion for working cross-functionally, driving revenue and improving the customer experience? Paycor is looking for a hands-on leader who can run the day-to-day processes, tools, and AI-enabled workflows that help our embedded teams grow through partnerships. The Manager, Partner Enablement will execute and maintain the program management framework for prioritizing, assessing, and operationalizing partner relationships. This role is the voice of the partner and customer, informing strategic decisions by collaborating and considering product, strategic planning, operations, IT, and other functions to execute partnership strategies across multiple HCM platforms, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. This role works cross-functionally with key areas of the business and continuously improves the established process for creating new partnerships. This role ensures that partnerships are deployed effectively, aligned with Paycor's strategic objectives, and deliver measurable value to customers and internal teams.


Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Senior Director, Embedded Partnerships and the embedded leadership team to execute the partnership strategy, translating corporate priorities into actionable programs that support revenue growth, profitability, and a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Serve as the voice of the partner and customer, ensuring their needs inform strategic decisions and roadmap priorities.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled workflows for the embedded team — automating partner intake, vetting, reporting, and cross-team hand-offs to cut manual effort and shorten cycle times.
  • Run and refine the structured process for evaluating, prioritizing, and onboarding new partners based on strategic impact and market differentiation
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to partner onboarding, integration, and long-term scalability.
  • Implement tools and workflows that improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability across teams.
  • Drive a best-in-industry customer experience through an end-to-end vetting of new partner relationships, including the impact to Implementation and Support.
  • Document and communicate partner and customer needs to Product so they can be prioritized on the roadmap.
  • Leverage the Strategy team to identify opportunities for Paycor to differentiate in the marketplace.
  • Work closely with the Partner Account Management team to establish partner tiers and ensure rigor around key accounts with other departments inside of Paycor.
  • Leverage KPIs, scorecards and VOC feedback to drive improvement in our top areas of need.
  • Manage a team of high-performers and drive internal efficiencies, improved productivity and higher engagement scores.

Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $100,000-$140,000 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
