Senior Structural Transmission Line Engineer
Area: (Tualatin, OR / Irvine, CA / Houston, TX / Overland Park, KS / Denver, CO / Bloomington, MN / Ann Arbor, MI / Raleigh, NC / Orlando, FL)
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary:

  • Prepare complex structural engineering deliverables for overhead transmission line projects at 69kV+
  • Lead structural design of steel, wood, laminate, and composite transmission structures
  • Serve as PLS-CADD lead — perform line routing, structural loading, and foundation design, and train/mentor other engineers in the platform
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines
  • Lead multi-discipline production teams and serve as responsible charge for assigned projects
  • Serve as client-facing technical lead, identifying client drivers and supporting business development/pursuit activities
  • Review and mentor junior engineers; support hiring and performance management for direct reports
