Your Role at Delta Faucet
Delta Faucet Company is seeking an Operations Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Analyst to help secure and modernize the manufacturing technologies that power our plants and distribution operations. This role serves as a key partner to Manufacturing, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Information Security teams, ensuring operational technology environments remain secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise cybersecurity standards.
The OT Cybersecurity Analyst will support the protection of industrial control systems, manufacturing networks, automation platforms, and connected production assets across Delta Faucet Company's manufacturing footprint. This role combines cybersecurity expertise with operational technology knowledge to identify risks, implement security controls, and enable the safe adoption of smart manufacturing technologies.
The ideal candidate is passionate about cybersecurity, manufacturing technology, and continuous improvement, with the ability to balance security requirements with operational reliability and production performance.
Responsibilities
OT Cybersecurity Operations
  • Monitor, assess, and respond to cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents impacting operational technology environments.
  • Administer and support OT security monitoring platforms, including industrial intrusion detection and asset visibility solutions.
  • Investigate cybersecurity events, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate remediation efforts with plant, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
  • Support incident response activities involving manufacturing systems, industrial networks, and connected operational assets.

Risk Management & Compliance
  • Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments, network reviews, and vulnerability analyses across manufacturing facilities.
  • Support implementation of cybersecurity controls aligned with industry frameworks, including NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, and other applicable standards.
  • Maintain OT asset inventories, network documentation, security baselines, and cybersecurity records.
  • Assist with audit preparation, compliance activities, and cybersecurity reporting requirements.

Manufacturing Technology Security
  • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Plant Operations, Automation, and IT teams to integrate cybersecurity into manufacturing technologies and operational processes.
  • Support secure design and deployment of industrial networks, remote access solutions, firewalls, and network segmentation strategies.
  • Coordinate implementation of OT cybersecurity technologies and third-party security assessments.
  • Collaborate with automation vendors, OEMs, and system integrators to ensure cybersecurity requirements are incorporated into manufacturing systems and projects.

Continuous Improvement & Digital Manufacturing
  • Support Delta Faucet Company's smart manufacturing initiatives by embedding cybersecurity into digital transformation efforts.
  • Develop and implement compensating controls for legacy manufacturing systems where traditional patching or upgrades are not feasible.
  • Stay current on emerging OT cybersecurity threats, industrial attack techniques, and manufacturing security best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the security, reliability, and resiliency of manufacturing and operational technology environments.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and operational stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating across Engineering, Operations, and Information Technology teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-50% to support manufacturing and distribution facilities withing the United States.

Preferred
  • 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with exposure to operational technology, industrial control systems, or manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation technologies, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, DCS, and manufacturing networks.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, or BACnet.
  • Experience with SIEM platforms, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability management tools, firewalls, and asset discovery technologies.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST 800-82, ISA/IEC 62443, and MITRE ATT&CK for ICS.
  • Experience working with industrial automation platforms from Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, or similar providers.
  • Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, ICS515, or ICS612.
