Job description

The Task Order Project Manager (PM) serves as the primary point of contact for managing large, complex task orders within the Legacy AMPS program. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, the PM ensures timely execution of technical solutions, adherence to schedules, and effective coordination with government stakeholders including the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and Task Order Managers. The PM is responsible for overseeing all aspects of task order performance, ensuring deliverables meet contractual requirements, and leading cross-functional contractor teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the single point-of-contact for all Task Order-related activities.
  • Develop, maintain, and update project plans, integrated master schedules (IMS), and work breakdown structures (WBS).
  • Monitor and report project performance, including schedule, milestones, risk management, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with the J62FG PMO, government stakeholders, and contractor teams to resolve technical and administrative issues.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing and skill sets are assigned and maintained for the task order.
  • Track contractor personnel onboarding/offboarding and access expiration dates for AMPS systems.
  • Submit required reports, including Monthly Status Reports (MSR), staffing reports, and other documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with all DOD/DLA-approved AI/ML capabilities where applicable.
  • Facilitate project meetings, provide presentations, track action items, and maintain documentation in approved repositories.
  • Support transition-in and transition-out activities for the task order, ensuring knowledge transfer to government personnel.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must hold Active Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higherresponsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/orprivate sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Must have Project Management Certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP)Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 years of experience with SAP GRC and/or SAP Application Security sustainment or implementation when supporting the SAP related tasks.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience with, or knowledge of, cloud environments.
  • Certifications: Certified AGILE Practitioner Certification (or equivalent).
  • Relevant Computing Environment (CE) Certification in SAP (e.g., C_AUDSEC_731, C_GRCAC_10,
C_SECAUTH_20, or P_TSEC10_75).
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
  • Familiarity with Oracle Identity Management (OIM), AMPS, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems.
  • Experience with cloud environments (OCI preferred).
  • Strong understanding of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity policies.
