Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day loan operations and servicing activities
  • Manage, coach, and develop an established loan operations team
  • Oversee full-cycle commercial loan servicing, including boarding, post-closing, payments, escrow, payoffs, maintenance, and reporting
  • Review operational reports, balances, reconciliations, escrow activity, and exception items
  • Oversee loan boarding processes to ensure accuracy and proper documentation
  • Manage escrow activity related to insurance and taxes and ensure discrepancies are identified and corrected
  • Review loan documentation and reports prior to booking
  • Serve as a key liaison between loan operations, internal departments, and third-party technology partners
  • Support internal and external audits and assist with required documentation
  • Provide leadership with reporting related to portfolio activity, exceptions, and team productivity
  • Help improve and standardize policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development
  • Identify operational issues and drive timely resolution

  • Banking experience within a community, regional, or larger financial institution
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle loan servicing
  • Commercial loan servicing experience strongly preferred

  • 2–3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach and develop a team
  • Ability to work onsite in the Palm Beach County area

Why Join?

  • Newly created leadership position with significant ownership
  • Join a growing financial institution with continued investment in its operations
  • Opportunity to lead and develop an established team
  • High visibility with senior leadership
  • Ability to influence processes, procedures, and operational improvements
  • Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented culture
  • Strong opportunity for continued career growth

Benefits

  • Employer contribution toward spouse and family medical coverage
  • Employer-paid dental coverage for the employee
  • Vision insurance available
  • 401(k) with employer match up to 4%, available after 90 days
  • Two weeks of paid vacation to start, with additional vacation based on tenure
  • 10 paid holidays annually
  • Four paid sick days and two personal days
  • Employer-paid life insurance equal to 1x annual salary
  • Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage
