Florida Sealcoating is one of Central Florida's leading commercial asphalt paving and pavement maintenance contractors. We specialize in asphalt paving, sealcoating, striping, concrete, and commercial site work throughout the state.

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our office, field operations, employees, and customers are all working together efficiently.

This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build systems, hold people accountable, and solve problems.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily business operations and company workflow.
  • Manage office and field personnel.
  • Lead and support department managers and team members.
  • Develop and implement company systems and procedures.
  • Coordinate scheduling and resources between departments.
  • Monitor employee performance and accountability.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
  • Improve efficiency and identify operational bottlenecks.
  • Ensure projects move smoothly from lead intake through completion.
  • Oversee customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage and improve communication between departments.
  • Assist ownership with strategic planning and company growth initiatives.
  • Help monitor budgets, job costing, and company performance metrics.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed.
