Are you a take-charge kind of person with experience running mining crews? Northeast Asphalt is looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to oversee day-to-day operations at our portable aggregate sites. Join a family-centered company that values your grit and know-how.
What You'll Do
Lead a tight-knit crew to keep things moving safely and efficiently:
  • Manage production, schedules, and daily operations
  • Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment
  • Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec
  • Enforce safety practices and work site standards
  • Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors
  • Pitch in when needed - welding, inspections, cleanup, you name it
