You will oversee all aspects of the distribution center, including operations, financial performance, workforce planning, talent development, customer service, inventory management, and community engagement. Success in this role requires strong leadership, a passion for developing teams, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, complex supply chain environment.   • Develop and execute the facility business plan to achieve goals related to productivity, service, quality, safety, and cost.

The annual salary range for this position is $180,000.00 - $270,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
