Job Overview
The Operational Excellence Manager is responsible for planning, managing, implementing, and executing Office of the Chief Clinical and Operations Officer(CCOO)PACE initiatives for the AltaMed PACE program and Health Services clinics. This position collaborates with all organizational levels to improve workflows and processes of cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful execution of AltaMedPACE program strategic goals. The Manager continuously measures and monitors processes, risks, and controls through post-implementation reviews and project follow-ups. Additionally, this role involves planning and designing programs, monitoring their effectiveness, and initiating corrective actions. Employing evidence-based practices and tools, the Manager facilitates communication and ensures the successful delivery of projects.
Minimum Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in business, health care, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience required in managing complex, cross-functional projects to a successful conclusion preferred.
  • Experience in data analysis and development of feasibility assessments, risk management, and change management is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in health care process improvement and change management techniques strongly preferred.
  • Formal project management education is required. Certification in project management, process improvement (green belt), and/or change facilitation preferred.

Compensation
$109,203.07 - $136,503.84 annually
