The Senior Analyst, Service Excellence plays a critical role in enhancing organizational performance by applying strategic frameworks and business insights to improve service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. This position involves managing projects, analyzing business requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and operational efficiency. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues, support contract and vendor management, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements. The Senior Analyst contributes to advancing service quality and productivity while supporting the organization’s broader business objectives through data-driven decision-making and effective problem-solving.

The Spark Earnings Excellence (SEE) Team ensures precise calculation, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings with a focus on compliance and data integrity. The team drives continuous improvement and operational rigor across complex processes, enhancing company performance and the global contractor experience. SEE collaborates closely with stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment and improve service delivery.
