The Position
Support the implementation and application of NNPILP training programs and standards by assisting with the design, delivery, and evaluation of training content across functional areas. Help maintain and improve local training efforts to ensure consistency with established standards and contribute to operational effectiveness.
Relationships
Reports to (Senior) Manager.
Essential Functions
  • Provide support to the identification, structure, and assignment of just-in-time
  • Support the execution of training initiatives
  • Set priorities based on training needs, ensuring training milestones are met by reviewing records and identifying gaps
  • Lead or participate in training development workshops, aligning with business lines to resolve key issues effectively
  • Provide guidance on Global and NNPILP training standards, enhancing communication with the line of business
  • Foster a network of local training supporters to promote knowledge sharing and improve the training system
  • Assist in training and coaching trainers to ensure they provide effective support for their departments while sustaining a strong training system
  • Apply training principles to evaluate effectiveness, conduct needs analyses, and assess suitable training methods
  • Support continuous improvement in training activities and methods while participating in internal audits when necessary
  • Facilitate courses on operational training tools and perform assessments on training system utilization
  • Follow all safety & environmental requirements in the performance of duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. (% can change on a case-by-case basis based on the role.)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, education or related field from an accredited university required with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant training experience in a regulated industry required, preferably in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment preferred
    • In lieu of a bachelor's degree with two (2) years of experience may consider an Associate's degree in Human Resources, Education or a related field of study from an accredited university required with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant training experience in a regulated industry required, preferably in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment preferred
    • In lieu of a bachelor's degree with two (2) years of experience, may consider a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant training experience in a regulated industry required, preferably in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment preferred
  • General understanding of cLEAN methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives preferred
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to support employee development and organizational goals preferred
  • Computer literacy required with ability to demonstrate knowledge/skillset of a moderate complexity level using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, & Excel required
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and leading engagement training sessions and workshops preferred
  • Ability to organize, coordinate, multi-task, prioritize, track all assigned training events and to work in an orderly and methodical manner preferred
  • Ability to design, format, & generate intelligible, accurate & timely reports preferred
  • Experience using ISOtrain or other Learning Management Systems preferred
  • Ability to read, write & understand complicated products, equipment & OEM documentation & standard operating procedures with great attention to detail preferred
