The Indianapolis Colts are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Ticket Strategy, Operations, and Technology serves as the strategic leader of the Indianapolis Colts ticketing infrastructure, technology ecosystem, operational governance, and business transformation initiatives. This position will be responsible for developing and executing long-term ticketing technology adoption and utilization, overseeing ticketing platform strategy, managing vendor relationships, ensuring operational scalability, and aligning ticketing operations with organizational revenue objectives. The role will serve as the primary strategic liaison between Ticketing, Analytics & Digital Innovation (ADI), Technology, Finance, Stadium Operations, and external ticketing partners.

Senior Director of Ticket Operations

RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Leadership & Innovation
  • Develop and execute the long-term ticketing strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, fan experience, ticket utilization, compliance, and revenue generation.
  • Lead ticketing transformation initiatives and organizational change management.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend future-state ticketing solutions.
  • Own the primary and secondary ticketing partner relationship and all ticketing platform partnerships.
  • Oversee third-party ticketing technologies including FEVO, Spinzo, TicketManager, and future platforms.
  • Lead future ticketing platform evaluations, contract negotiations, and migration initiatives.
  • Establish technology governance standards and operational requirements.
  • Partner with Technology and ADI on integrations and digital initiatives.
Inventory & Manifest Governance
  • Serve as executive owner of Colts ticket manifest strategy and governance.
  • Oversee inventory management standards across season tickets, group tickets, premium seating, parking, and postseason events.
  • Ensure inventory structures support organizational sales and service objectives.
  • Partner with ADI to operationalize pricing and inventory strategies.
Finance & Compliance
  • Serve as executive liaison for all ticketing financial operations.
  • Oversee season ticket reconciliation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with payment processing standards and financial controls.
  • Maintain accountability for ticketing-related audit readiness and reporting.
  • Oversee parking strategy, governance, and vendor relationships.
  • Establish operational standards for parking inventory, reporting, and fulfillment.
  • Support major event planning and execution strategies.
  • Lead relationships with ticketing vendors and external partners.
  • Partner with Sales, Membership Services, Premium, Marketing, Stadium Operations, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with ADI to ensure analytics and reporting insights are translated into operational action plans.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of ticketing, operations, technology, or sports business experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience managing ticketing technology platforms and vendor relationships.
  • Experience leading major operational projects or platform migrations.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work all home Colts games, other stadium events, nights/weekends and keep a flexible schedule.
