Job Title: Director of Engineering
Duration: Direct Hire / Full-Time
Work Location: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise executive leadership on engineering design, specifications, and technical documentation required for permitting and construction of substations, transmission lines, distribution lines, and energy storage facilities
  • ???????Lead engineering efforts across all projects to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget execution
  • Develop and implement engineering best practices, standards, and processes aligned with industry regulations and company objectives
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements
  • Collaborate closely with project management, estimating, procurement, and business development teams
  • Provide project estimates related to scope, schedule, resources, and engineering effort
  • Deliver technical guidance, risk assessments, and problem resolution within area of responsibility
  • Manage day-to-day departmental operations, including team leadership and performance oversight
  • Participate in strategic business planning and annual business strategy development
  • Represent the organization through active participation in trade and technical associations

Qualifications / Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
