Job description

Parcel shipping is a massive, complex cost center - and most companies are still managing it manually, reactively, and inefficiently. That's the problem we exist to solve.
Sifted is a parcel spend management platform trusted by 3,500+ companies. We connect to a company's carriers once and take over the work their team doesn't have time for: analyzing every invoice, monitoring every carrier change, and automating the processes that used to live in spreadsheets.
What you'll be part of
We're at an inflection point. The product is leading the market, the customer results are real, and we're building the engine - to reach more of the right buyers at scale. You won't be walking into a finished machine. You'll be helping build it.
That means the work is meaningful, the pace is fast, and what you do here shows up in the numbers.
AI isn't a talking point here - it's how we work
SiftedAI Copilot is our flagship product and the core of everything we do. It's an always-on logistics analyst built across the entire SiftedAI platform, continuously monitoring our clients' parcel operations in the background and surfacing what actually needs attention.
That same standard applies internally. Every Sifted employee is expected to use AI to work faster, think sharper, and deliver more. Mastering AI tools isn't a nice-to-have. It's core to how we operate and how we stay ahead.
If this sounds like your kind of place
You're motivated by real problems, measurable outcomes, and being part of a team that's moving from good to great. If you want to do the best work of your career at a company where your contribution is visible and your growth is real, we'd love to talk.
About the role
The Manager of GTM Engineering is responsible for owning the architecture, execution, and performance of Sifted's go-to-market systems ecosystem. This role serves as the primary owner of GTM processes and platforms - including CRM, routing engines, scoring models, marketing automation, and pipeline development - ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational consistency across the revenue lifecycle.
This leader partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and CX to translate GTM strategy into well-engineered systems, workflows, and analytics - leading GTM Engineers and playing a critical role in evolving Sifted's GTM infrastructure to support growth, automation, and AI-driven decision-making.
This role carries three primary mandates: own and evolve the technical foundation that powers Sifted's go-to-market engine, lead the team and cross-functional execution required to turn GTM strategy into scalable systems, and champion AI and automation adoption across the revenue lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
GTM Systems Architecture & Platform Ownership
Sifted's go-to-market systems must be as reliable and scalable as the product itself. This role is the technical owner of that infrastructure - accountable for how our GTM platforms perform, integrate, and evolve. You will:
  • Own the technical configuration, performance, and reliability of core GTM platforms, including CRM, routing and scoring systems, marketing automation, enrichment, and sales engagement tools.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable GTM system architectures that support end-to-end revenue workflows across Marketing, Sales, CX, and Operations.
  • Ensure tight system alignment and clean data flow, proactively identifying integration risks, dependencies, and gaps before they become operational problems.
  • Translate GTM strategy and operational priorities into a clear GTM Engineering roadmap and lead execution across initiatives.
  • Drive platform evolution through system modernization, tool optimization, consolidation, and automation - continuously raising the bar on what our GTM infrastructure can do.
  • Partner cross-functionally to intake requirements, scope solutions, and deliver high-quality system improvements on time.

Analytics, Reporting & AI-Driven Intelligence
GTM Engineering at Sifted isn't just about keeping systems running - it's about turning data into decisions. This role owns the analytics and reporting infrastructure that powers executive visibility and strategic planning. You will:
  • Develop and maintain GTM data models supporting forecasting, performance reporting, and operational analytics across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Oversee executive, finance, and board-level dashboards and reporting - ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clarity for high-stakes audiences.
  • Lead deep cross-functional analysis to inform strategy, identify trends, and surface operational bottlenecks before they affect revenue.
  • Champion automation and AI adoption across the GTM ecosystem, leveraging predictive modeling, machine learning, and workflow automation to accelerate growth and efficiency.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Execution
This is a player-coach role that combines technical depth with people leadership. You will build, develop, and run a high-performing GTM Engineering team while maintaining strong partnerships across the business. You will:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the GTM Engineering team, providing clear priorities, technical guidance, and growth feedback that helps each person do their best work.
  • Manage resourcing, workload prioritization, and execution against the GTM Engineering roadmap - keeping the team focused and accountable.
  • Drive strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, CX, Operations, Finance, and Product teams, serving as the bridge between technical systems and business outcomes.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, or related technical operations within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
  • 1-3 years of people leadership experience, managing technical or operations teams.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise with Salesforce and integrated GTM systems (e.g., Outreach, MAPs, routing tools, enrichment platforms).
  • Proven experience designing and delivering complex GTM workflows, automations, and cross-system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of GTM funnels and revenue cycles.
  • Strategic thinker and executional doer - equally comfortable designing a systems roadmap and rolling up your sleeves to build what comes next.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact for executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability and commitment to embrace AI as a core tool for problem-solving, automation, and innovation - not a nice-to-have, but a core operating principle.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Urgency and decisiveness are part of how you work.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Architect).
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma) and data modeling languages, with SQL proficiency preferred.
  • Exposure to forecasting models or revenue analytics programs.
  • Experience implementing AI-driven automation or predictive GTM tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or similar project methodologies.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
  • Well capitalized Private Equity investor focused on Growth.
  • Best-in-class compensation package and an unmatched comprehensive benefit program.
  • Flexibility to achieve and accomplish results.
  • Extremely collaborative work environment across teams to drive results.
  • Culture built on how we improve people's lives.
