Raytheon is seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling manager to join the Program Design & Planning Organization and will be the focal point for matters pertaining to schedule on multiple related programs within the Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) business unit. You will be accountable for adherence to Raytheon and government policies and best practices in the area of scheduling/EV.
This position is an onsite role in Tucson, AZ.
Signing bonus is available, provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.
What You Will Do:
  • Support development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project, based on requirements and scope provided by the customer
  • Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program's lifecycle that incorporates contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS in order to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselines
  • Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements throughout all program phases
  • Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrates thorough cost and schedule integration
  • Lead and conduct detailed performance capture and analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness and compliance.
  • Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the Program IMS
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
  • Mentor and train junior planners.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry related schedules. (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software)
  • Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM
  • Experience in Agile planning and execution
  • Experience leading planning effort on a program with external EV reporting and DFARS EV clause invoked
  • Experience with DCMA and JSA audit
  • Experience with integration of subcontractors and operations into program plans, schedules and financial tracking.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
