Job description

Overview
Responsible for overseeing vendor-supported operational programs with a primary focus on the company fleet
program. Ensure consistent service delivery, cost control, and operational efficiency across all branches.
Serves as a key leader bridging vendor strategy, branch execution, and enterprise procurement, driving
accountability, performance, and alignment with company standards.
Location: 6688 N. Central Expwy. Dallas, TX 75206 Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm
Responsibilities
  • Manage, mentor, and develop vendor management and fleet teams to navigate questions, concerns,
    program solving, or escalated department issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing, response, and resolution of operational tasks, requests, or tickets.
  • Ensure guidance training is provided to branch staff on vendor and fleet processes, expectation, and
    appropriate escalation pathways.
  • Serve as point of contact for branches regarding vendor service and fleet, issue resolution and escalation
    management.
  • Ensure the development and maintenance of accurate department job aids, training materials, standard
    operating procedures, and internal department materials.
  • Manage the company fleet program, including vehicle acquisition, allocation, reallocation, and disposal.
  • Ensure compliance with fleet policies, safety programs, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance, accident management processes, and driver compliance requirements.
  • Manage assigned vendor relationships, ensuring adherence service level agreements, contract
    requirements and performance expectations.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Required to have a Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, healthcare administration, or related field.
    Minimum 5 years of equivalent work experience considered in lieu of degree requirements.
  • Required to have a minimum of 3 equivalent work experience in vendor operations or fleet management.
  • Required to have a minimum of 1 years of management experience over vendor operations, fleet
    management, or related operational programs.
  • Required to have experience supporting large multi-site operations and managing vendor relationships.
  • Required to have experience in an employee-facing or customer service role.
  • Required to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive
    actionable insights.
  • Required to have advanced data reporting capabilities and Excel experience, including use VLOOKUP, IF
    formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced features.
  • Preferred to have experience with vendor contracts, pricing structures, and cost management.
  • Preferred to have project management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
  • Preferred to have experience managing fleet programs and logistics operations.
  • Preferred to have experience with ticket management platforms to manage and document requests.
  • Preferred to have experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare operations.
  • Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
  • Other than for designated full-time remote positions, in-office attendance is essential to achieve Enhabit
    objectives, including but not limited to, effective supervision, teamwork, task completion, and other position
    objectives.
