This program offers hands-on experience across various departments, providing exposure to critical functions within our organization. Responsibilities:
• Rotation through Departments:
  • Start the program as a Production Supervisor, leading an assembly area, managing key performance metrics, and collaborating across teams to meet production goals.
  • Participate in structured rotations across different departments such as operations, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of each department's role, processes, and contributions to the organization.

• Project Management:
