This role involves facilitating Scrum events, supporting team members, removing impediments, managing the technical/support backlog, planning sprints and releases, and providing post‐launch support. The Product Delivery Manager fosters an environment of continuous improvement to ensure solutions are delivered on time, meet quality expectations, and comply with organizational policies and controls.**Responsibilities:*** Organizes and facilitates daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and refinements.
