  • Lead day-to-day site operations and content management, ensuring a high-performing, stable, and seamless customer experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize the customer journey, conversion, onsite search, merchandising, and overall site experience.
  • Own Cotopaxi.com's organic visibility strategy across traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery channels, partnering with Engineering and Content/Brand to improve SEO, AEO/GEO, and discoverability.
  • Stay current on eCommerce and consumer technology trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and drive growth.

  • Own recurring eCommerce performance reporting, including our proprietary Del Dia collection results, ensuring accurate, actionable, and timely insights for the eCommerce team.
  • Leverage customer behavior, site analytics, and product/category KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and inform roadmap priorities.
  • Establish measurable outcomes for digital initiatives and use performance data to continuously optimize the site and customer experience.

  • Proven project and process management skills, including the ability to establish repeatable workflows, manage complex cross-functional initiatives, develop SOPs, and deliver work on time and within budget.
  • Experience with SEO and emerging AI-driven search, including a working knowledge of AEO/GEO and how customers are discovering brands and products through generative search and AI-powered tools.
