The Opportunity: You will serve as a pivotal executive leader, driving the operational strategy, process improvement, and financial strength of our commercial and industrial new construction plumbing divisions. By stepping into this role, you will interact directly with senior ownership to shape company culture, scale operational controls, and directly influence our long-term market growth. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Oversee daily company operations for new construction plumbing projects to ensure on-time and under-budget completion.
  • Provide strategic direction, coaching, and clear accountability metrics to all project managers and field supervisors.
  • Establish robust operational KPIs alongside senior ownership to translate high-level business goals into precise field action plans.
  • Coordinate directly with estimating and preconstruction teams to mitigate labor capacity, schedule, and field execution risks.
  • Review project resource schedules routinely to optimize manpower, material logistics, equipment utilization, and labor productivity.
  • Cultivate a professional, team-oriented, and safety-focused culture that aligns field actions with core corporate values.
  • Audit ongoing jobsite costs, change order activities, and safety metrics to drive continuous operational profitability.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Significant operational leadership experience within commercial plumbing, industrial plumbing, or mechanical contracting trades.
  • Proven track record managing multi-project workflows, labor forecasting, and field productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical ability to interpret construction drawings, project specifications, submittals, and schedule dependencies.
  • Advanced business acumen regarding labor efficiency, construction risk management, operational discipline, and budget management.
  • Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office software alongside modern construction project management platforms.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Construction Management, Business Administration, or comparable field experience.
  • 10 or more years of dedicated leadership experience in commercial and industrial new construction operations. 
  • Plumbing or MEP experience is a plus!
  • Demonstrated background in refining operational systems, establishing scalable safety procedures, and resolving complex project logic gaps.
