Scope of Position:

To contribute to a positive experience for all guests and provide leadership and vision in all areas of the Chick-fil-A business that have a direct impact on our guests' service experience, ensuring that guests' needs are proactively met, and every guest feels genuinely cared for. The Director of Hospitality will ensure that Chick-fil-A Lake Oswego consistently delivers memorable experiences through execution of the basics including CORE 4 and Chick-fil-A Service Model. Additionally, the Director of Hospitality is responsible for the genuine, proactive and personal delivery of Second Mile Service including all Required Service Behaviors, Warm Hearted Impulses, Language of Hospitality, and the Guest Recovery Process (H.E.A.R.D.)

Characteristics:

This role requires effective communication, organizational skills, and ability to delegate tasks and responsibilities. This person will have to be a self-starter with a flexible schedule, strong time management ability and the capacity to motivate and inspire others. It requires thorough knowledge and understanding of all Chick-fil-A Service Requirements as well as a possessing a genuine servant's spirit and natural hospitality gifts to effectively empathize with guests. Infectious enthusiasm is a must along with the ability to make quick decisions and communicate clearly, professionally and effectively.

Supported by: Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Lake Oswego and Executive Director of Operations

Supports: Other Directors, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to meet Restaurant Goals.
