This role blends hands-on AV support, live event execution, and operational oversight, with a focus on delivering seamless in-room and hybrid collaboration experiences.

You will be responsible for supporting conference rooms, coordinating and operating internal events, and continuously improving AV standards, tooling, and processes. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to translate event needs into reliable technical execution, while helping define scalable AV solutions as the company grows.

This role requires strong technical instincts, attention to detail under pressure, and a service-oriented mindset.

Who You Are
  • 4–7 years of experience in AV support, live event production, or workplace technology roles
  • Hands-on experience supporting conference room AV systems and hybrid meeting environments
  • Strong familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet) and room systems (e.g., Logitech Rally or similar setups)
  • Experience supporting and executing live events (e.g., town halls, all-hands, presentations, offsites), including setup, operation, and teardown
  • Ability to troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues in real time under pressure
  • Experience creating and maintaining runbooks, event playbooks, and technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of AV fundamentals (signal flow, audio levels, microphones, displays, switching)
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent events or requests while maintaining a high-quality experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders, presenters, and executives
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with IT, Facilities, and external vendors
Preferred
  • Experience designing or standardizing AV setups across offices or meeting spaces
  • Exposure to AV-over-IP, basic networking concepts, or video distribution systems
  • Experience managing vendors, contractors, or external AV support teams
  • Familiarity with ticketing or request management systems for tracking AV support
  • Experience supporting executive-level or high-visibility events
  • Experience working in high-growth or fast-paced environments
