Job description

The Bureau of Operations Services consists of Computer Operations, Facilities Management, Scheduling Services, and the Mail Center. The Bureau operates on a twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days per year basis requiring five shifts to maintain the operational production schedule. We are seeking temp employees to assist with the following tasks:
Monitor console for performance alerts.
Monitor schedule to determine which programs should and should not be running at various times during the assigned shift.
Monitor all facility environmental controls (security, fire, humidity, and temperature).
Prepare and maintain standard records and reports.
Communicate issues to technical staff.
Other job duties as assigned.
**Hours - 5th: 7:00pm - 7:30am (Friday - Sunday)**
**Duration: may be extended to be up to 24 months total**
Minimum Qualifications desired:
- High School diploma
- Ability to prepare and maintain standard records and reports.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
