- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory, Chemical, Physical or Biological Science or meet requirements as outlined in CAP Personnel Requirements
- Current certification or registration required. Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP) or Medical Technologist (AMT) preferred
- Prior experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Medical Technologist preferred
- Ability to organize workload and handle multiple projects
- Perform well under stressful and demanding conditions
- Basic knowledge and understanding of computer operation
- Follows established standard operating procedures
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- BLS required
