Our client is seeking an experienced Manager of Finance Operations to oversee accounting administration, contract review activities, and departmental operations while leading and developing a team of supervisors and staff. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day finance and operational activities
  • Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and Staff Assistants
  • Oversee workflow, productivity, and compliance with policies and procedures
  • Review and approve labor agreements, extensions, and related contracts
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve contract and accounting issues
